Our innovative program actively recruits large numbers of registered nurses locally and abroad, (from the UK, Ireland New Zealand, Singapore and the Philippines) as the first step in adding to this depleted pool.
Once in the host facility they will be paid at local EBA rates which will significantly reduce the angst amongst permanent staff caused by working alongside traditional agency staff that are paid at a higher rate.
During their engagement HealthX nursing staff will be supported by HealthX field nursing staff local to your area to provide professional and personal guidance and general support for settling in to the local community. Your full time HealthX nurses will also undertake formal education modules delivered by HealthX.
The safety of your facility will be enhanced by the permanent nature of these staff rather than a constantly changing array of agency or short term contract staff.
HealthX understands then need for financial responsibility in the provision of high quality nursing care and has developed a pricing structure that will dramatically cut your costs for agency, or short term contract staff, as well as any costs you currently incur through direct recruitment.
